A life lived without a single luxury dining experience is a life lived with missing pieces.

With food being at the centre of human existence, it would be a missed opportunity to not enjoy lunch or dinner at a top restaurant at least once in a lifetime, if not once in a while!
For wine lovers, finding the perfect combination of wine and food is like unlocking a paradise for your taste buds.
Next time you are looking for a taste bud adventure, consider these tips to get you the right food and wine combination:
• Red on red
Full-bodied red wines go well with beef or lamb dishes. Consider a Shiraz or Cabernet/Shiraz blend, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir et. when enjoying your next beef or lamb based meal.
• White on white
Nothing like a Chardonnay to go down well with a roasted or grilled chicken based meal. If you prefer a rich saucy chicken meal, you may want to consider a medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz to compliment your meal.
• Something fishy
Depending on the type of dish you’re having, a white wine would be your best option. Be sure to ask your waitron for a suggestion on their best wines.
• Spice it up
On those spicy days, be sure to complement your meal with a glass of sweet wine to add to that luxury dining experience. If you can, do avoid a Chardonnay when having spicy food – nothing like a bit of bitterness to ruin the moment.
• Game on
If you like your game, then a spicy red wine is the way to go! For your next game experience, try a Sangiovese and indulge your taste buds.
• Dessert is served
What is a dining experience without dessert? Try a sweet wine with your next dessert, just make sure that the dessert is not as sweet as the wine. If you don’t have space for something solid but can stomach another glass, ask your waitron for their dessert wine selection.
